In recent years, Because of the oversight and the loopholes in the traditional management mode, it is difficult to predict the movements of prisoner. The emergency warning ability is poor, the management of the prison is inefficient. It is the opportunities of riots and prison break. After escaping from prison, it increases the difficulty of the police officer to search for the escaped prisoner. This event brought a lot of negative effects to people’s lives.In view of the effective management and monitoring of prisoner, this paper puts forward to RFID and related technologies and the auxiliary GPS to solve the prisoner of indoor and outdoor monitoring. During the development of system, especially this paper conducts detailed research and design in Wrist watch terminal.First, on the research of RFID technology, this paper adopt indoor positioning technology of RSSI based on the signal strength measurement.Second, since the limits of its small volume. this paper presents the design method of an inverted F antenna based on RFID. Refering to the inverted F antenna size of the TI website, this paper conducts the simulation and optimization of the inverted F antenna in using Ansoft electromagnetic simulation software HFSS.Third, the system which CC2430MCU as core be used in the design of hardware are discussed in this paper. The function of the hardware includes alarm on broken circuit, alarm on shock, and defibrillator.Fourth, using IAR integrated development environment to prepare the driver module and data processing. In each module of the wrist watch terminal debugging, this paper Analysis GPS data and indoor positioning data configuration, give the data processing.Through RFID technology and GPS technology, this system can implement real-time monitoring of inside and outside the prison. The system scheme based on wrist watch terminal is instructive and useful in the prison system. After taking a preliminary test, the primary function of each module can be achieved.
