The Design And Implementation Of The Financial Statements Management System

With information systems widely used in today, Reports play an increasingly important role in a variety of information management systems. Statements are one of the primary ways and means of office automation, management information systems, expert systems and decision support systems and other systems for information processing and interaction. Telecommunications market has a lot of data and information which need to query, meta-analysis and printing. This paper starts with the need of the telecommunications industry financial management system reporting system, and the network architecture, Excel-based application technology, ASP, middleware, database performance optimization techniques have been studied, a financial report management system has been finished at last. Firstly the financial management software and general statements are analyzed, pointing out the problems and shortcomings. Secondly, knowledge of the statements, reports, tools, and the key technologies are involved in the analysis and presentation. On this basis, the need of the reporting system has been analyzed in this paper. As the result of the analysis, the system’s core business functions (defined report templates, data management, application, report query, summary, statistics) has been finished.
