Steganography is an important branch in the field of information security. In recent years, because of the increasing highlight of extensive application of Internet and information security problem, the people begin to extensively explore in this area. The basic concept of steganography is that by embedding the secret messages in the digital carriers such as images, audio and video as a cover, the hidden information or hidden data can be communicated covertly, without changing the carrier signal’s visual and auditory effects, and their sizes and formats in computer too. In general, the embedded carrier medias will mixed with the normal medias to be transmitted on the various public communication channels, especially on the Internet.By researching and analyzing the existing steganographic algorithms and the special requirements of secure steganography applications on the Internet, this paper finds out and presents the major problems of designing the secure steganography algorithms suiting for the Internet, which need to be resolved urgently. Basing on these works and combining with computer networks, information theory, cryptography, digital signal processing, artificial intelligence and stochastic processes knowledge of mathematics and other related fields, our research in this paper theoretically analyzes these problem and suggests to research on the aspects of exploiting the large-capacity steganography algorithms, expanding the steganography capacity, and designing the real-time steganography algorithms suiting for the Internet environment. And then, the paper presents the coping strategies and corresponding specific design ideas to these questions.Based on the design of a kind of matrix encoding, we porpose a large-capacity steganography algorithms suitable for network environment. Through an empirical proof, this algorithm is relatively high EMD implicit steganographies has good concealment and safety, while new algorithm can own more larger capacity at the same limit of imperceptibility. And the characteristics of the related experimental analysis proves the validity of the new algorithm model and its applicability and practicability. Meanwhile, this paper also on other unpredicted network condition of the proposed implicit writing technique development research direction.
