| In the control system of three-dimensional warehouse storage items, how toeffectively handling and storage of goods is a key issue. This article is based onthree-dimensional warehouse goods automated storage and transportation systemas the background. It is mainly divided into two parts to conduct in-depth studyon the transport issues.The goods transport algorithm is applied to find the shortest distance on in-depth research of the order of removal of the goods shipped, and then analyzes indetail of the various situations that can occur and makes the solution. The hostcomputer inputs the task about goods entering and leaving. The control system ofthe moving robot can make their own decisions in the order of the transport ofgoods. It controls the handling robot to perform the corresponding command. Weapply the MFC to create a control interface based on VC++environment, anduse OpenGL language for application modeling. We can control the system oncomputer and visually observe the details how the system is running.We research the motion control of the handling robot based on fuzzycontrol theory. Some complex system is difficult to establish a validmathematical model. Therefore, the conventional control system is difficult tomake accurate control. Fuzzy control theory is the birth of an effective solutionto this problem. In this paper, we use fuzzy method to control the movement ofthe handling robot, establish a fuzzy control rule base, make a fuzzy reasoningand fuzzy decision-making, eventually effectively control the movement of thehandling robot to achieve the speed of fuzzy control.Building the Simulink model of the fuzzy control system we designed, andthen give the Simulationresults. Compare with the conventional PID controleffect and fuzzy-PID control method. The simulation results prove that fuzzy controller is the best controller, which has the features of fast response time, lowovershoot and strong robust, can meet the demand of this system. |
