| Integrated scheduling is a scheduling which considers parallel relation ofprocess and assembly in the process of products manufacturing with constraintrelation existed among procedures. Although researches of integrated schedulinghave made some achievements, researches of batch problems in the integratedscheduling, namely batch integrated scheduling has been rarely studied. Thusresearches of batch integrated scheduling have both theory value and practicalsignificance.Aiming at the problem that those existing batch integrated schedulingalgorithms ignore restrictions which successor procedures has on batch processingresults, which probably may affect batch processing result due to lag time ofsuccessor procedure is too long. The paper put forward integrated schedulingalgorithm which considers successor procedures and with two batches on the basis ofanalyzing scheduling problems at home and abroad. In order to make batchscheduling results more reasonable, make full use of the parallelizability ofequipments, and consider the affect of predecessor procedure and successorprocedure on batch processing results together, the paper adopts batch judgmentsstrategy, maximize strategy ahead, and parallel maximization strategy to scheduleprocedures, and realize the batch integrated scheduling algorithm which considersuccessor procedures and with two batches.Those existing batch scheduling algorithms not only do not study batchproblems of procedures with different processing time, but also do not take accountof the existence of batch procedures of successor procedures, aiming at theseproblems, this paper proposed nested batch integrated scheduling algorithm of twoprocedures with different processing time. Adpoting residual comparison strategy,group of maximizing the forward strategy, nested optimization strategy and predecessor procedures of priority strategy to schedule the procedures. Throughexample of validates and analysis, the proposed algorithm has good complexity andcan get better scheduling results.Aiming at the problem that during the process of batch scheduling, only pre-batch scheduling procedures and current batch scheduling procedure being attachedattention to,while current batch procedures can be batch processed with procedureson other batch equipments has been neglected, the paper proposed a second batch ofapproved integrated scheduling optimization algorithm. Through comparison of thedegrees of batch procedures can be ahead of time to decide whether it is must choosethe current batch procedures, finally an example is investigated to verify thefeasibility of the algorithm. |
