With the rapid development of communications, computing, consumer electronics andother industries, promote the rapid development of the printed circuit board industry, defectdetection is becoming an important part to ensure the quality of the printed circuit board.Traditional defect detection using artificial way, inefficient, labor-intensive, and the detectionaccuracy and reliability with the extension of the working hours of workers will reduce.The paper adopts ARM9as embedded hardware platforms, Linux as an embeddedreal-time operating system. V4L2and Framebuffer driver compiled into the kernel, filesystem transplanted Qt4interface library. Using the image sensor to obtain the printed circuitboard real-time image information, and image processing techniques to detect the acquiredprinted circuit board information, positioning spot defects.The subject completed the following four aspects:1. Hardware platform structures. According to the need of system, select the appropriateperipherals, build system hardware platform.2. Video capture and display module. V4L2and Framebuffer driver module provides APIfor video capture and display of video information. Save image data, for later use.3. The image processing module. Block recognition algorithm, by comparing the defectimage and the standard image of the circuit board, positioning spot defects marked out withhighlight color.4. Interface display module. Through the Qt4application development framework, buildthe graphical user interface of the embedded system to achieve the visual operation of thesystem.
