| Labview is short for Laboratory Virtual Instrument IntegrationEnvironment (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Warkbench),launched by the United States NI virtual instrument development platformsoftware.This paper used THSA-1over controlled and integrated automation controlsystem’s experimental platform for tank level system as the actual controlledobject. It established a mathematical model of the dual tank water anddesigned a different control algorithm in matlab. The research achieved watertank level system’s control algorithm test by calling the Matlab script node tocommunicate Labview with Matlab.Dynamic matrix algorithm as the core control system for tank water levelwas designed. First of all, from the overall design, listing the steps of thecontrol system design, including system modeling and model parameteridentification. Second, the detailed description of the principle of dynamicmatrix control algorithm, and access to the controller parameters. DynamicMatrix simulation results in steady-state error. Thus, on the basis of thedynamic matrix control, adding the PID control, it composes DMC-PIDcontrol algorithm. The dynamic matrix parameters unchanged under thepremise, on-line tuning PID parameters, and finally the algorithm is applied todual-tank water level control simulation studies.Briefly addressed the LabVIEW development platform software systemand introduced its strong interface development ability, but it lacks Matlab’spowerful computing capabilities. In order to improve the efficiency ofapplication development, I used Matlab script node in Labview to achieve amix of both programming.I did experimental research in Labview virtual instrument developmentplatform. The experimental results show that the effect of two combinedcontrol algorithms not only ensures the characteristic of fast response, small overshoot which is the effect of a simple Dynamic Matrix Control,but alsoeliminates the steady-state error and improves the static control quality. ThisProvides a basis for actual industrial system control effect, and reflects theconvenient for Labview development and testing platform to verify theadvantages of the control algorithm in the actual industrial control systems. |
