The electronic control system is the core part of the rehabilitation exercise equipment.We use it to record the patients’ personal information, physical function parameters andmotion parameters, and can provide patients with tailored rehabilitation standards. Theseparameters record and setting have great significance for patients’ scientific rehabilitation andordinary users to enhance physical fitness This paper design of the wireless pressure type ofrehabilitation equipment control system is mainly aimed at supporting test system design of arehabilitation equipment, the Main purpose is to collect three signals such as the pressure,displacement and the heart rate signal, through the MCU processing and IC card storage, sentto the PC for processing and display. The main work is as follow:1) The article detailed expounds the research status at home and abroad of rehabilitationequipment, according to the test object matching is designed under a machine hardwarecontrol circuit, it mainly includes the following modules: the pressure signal acquisitionmodule, the displacement signal acquisition module, the heart rate signal acquisition module,wireless transceiver modules, wireless data transmission module of IC card, LCD drivermodule. To achieve stress, the displacement and heart rates three road signal’s collection,transmission and display.2) Based on VC6.0programming environment, compile the control software, and it ismainly realize the following functions: establish patients basic information database, themotion parameters of the patients with the real-time display and evaluation, set up differentstandards recovery for different patients. Adopt piecewise test to solve the precision ofinfrared sensor displacement test problems.3) In the next bit machine hardware circuit, because of the pressure sensor is zero drift, itimpact test accuracy, algorithm of compensation for pressure sensor is studied, and resistancehardware compensation method is adopted to reduce the zero drift. With the help of infraredsensor, we use it to test displacement signal,In this paper, the designed control system has been applied to the actual products of theORIENT CO. All the technical requirements and functions in the practical application hasbeen a good validation and implementation. At the same time, This system, as good portability, can be applied to the company of other types of rehabilitation equipment.
