| Computerized flat knitting machine is a kind of high performance knitting Mechanical equipment,which integrates computer technology,automation technology and knitting process,and it is mainly used to kint high-grade sweater.With the development of society,fashion,comfort and personalization has become a world trend for knitting cloth,which demands higher performance flat knitting machine.Compared with foreign products,domestic computerized flat knitting machine has many problems such as low weaving efficiency,unstable performance,and difficult to meet the long time and reliable operation,which is needed to be solved urgently.After the full study of the present situation of computerized knitting machine at home and abroad,in the view of the deficiency of domestic computerized flat knitting machine,this paper put forward and designed the control system as follows:(1) Computer flat knitting machine layered control system,namely main control layer〠machine head control layer and machine body control layer.The main control layer uses ARM9processor S3C2440as the master chip,and transplants the embedded operating system μC/OS-II to manage system task and realize human-computer interface.The machine head and body control layer both adopt the hierarchical control mode,using ARM7as the master chip and CPLD as auxiliary chip,and they are used to control underlying executing agency such as needle selection and electromagnet and get the scene woving information through sensors.The main control layer communicates with the machine head and body through CAN bus,which reduces the line connection between control layers and improves the stability of the system.(2)Bidirectional pulse control needle selection.In order to reduce the hot created by selector and improve the stability of system, this paper uses bidirectional pulse to select needles.Using this method,the system reponsds faster,operates more stable and the selectors create less hot and can work for longer time.(3)Weaving controlled by up floor.To solve the problem of low weaving efficiency of domestic computerized flat knitting machine,this paper adds the automatic up bottom control unit,which can pull the fabric from the beginning of kninting.This unit can save the yarn and improve the efficiency of weaving.This design has been used in Jiasheng and Zhongjin computerized flat machine on large scale,and the system works stablely and efficiently,fully meetting the designing requirements.In addition,the overall cost of the system is far lower than similar foreign products,and has a strong market competitiveness and development prospects. |
