| "education" was moved to the first place of museums’ duty in the definitionof the museum in "statutes of ICOM",2007.Museum education should be"people-oriented"is moe mentioned.After the “Entrance Freeâ€,the museumeducation object are wider and more diverse,which bring a great challenge tothe museum education.However, the current museum education is single andlack of interaction with the public,the public needs to spend the whole time tovisit the museum and it is hard for understanding with no interpret.For all thesereason,the effect of museum education cannot achieve well.In recent years, the development of mobile Internet and smart phone bringsthe public a unique experience.And gives great inspiration to face thelimitations of museum education.Mobile Internet comprehensive covers thepublic life,whenever and wherever you are,you can receive informationsthrough mobile phone and other mobile devices and share with others.Mobilephone as tools people carry every day become a quality media sellers chooseto share information to potential customers.In addition, the smart phone candisplay with a variety of forms,which can help the public understand exhibitionbetter and experience interactive.Therefore, APP based on mobile Internetbegan to be used in museums, domestic museum is still in the initial stage inthis field.This paper hopes to analyse the successful cases from abroad and toexplore the possibility of all kinds of advanced technology based on APP inmuseums,for expanding the limitation of time and space in museum educationand enhancing interaction between museums and public.At the same time,design an APP,"City Museum",for Guangdong Revolutionary History Museumas an example to make a practice for extending museum education to theentire city streets,which based on location-based services,Augmented realitytechnology and social sharing function. |
