Design And Development Of Web-based School Office Software

Teaching Office Automation is a branch of Office Automation, which is a comprehensivetechnology developed in order to solve handing official business under the background thatportfolio increased problem of exerting an enormous influence on school or enterprise’sproductivity sharply of middle period of the seventies in the developed country. The basictask of it is to make people to handle official business through various kinds of equipment byadvanced science and technology in order to reach boosting productivity, work efficiency andquality.In order to establish a teaching office automation system, based on the fact of the sectorof software engineering, I firstly analysis the request, discusses the current situation of OA,and then we propose the measures how to develop the software. The general design of thesystem is described. With the ASP.NET programming technology, database and the currentmost favorable Brower’s/Server/Database3-layer structure, it establishes a synergetic OAsystem based on Windows.Then it explains the design detail to the eight function module ofthe system and the corresponding database. The eight module are login module, personalmanagement module, teaching and studying management module, project managementmodule, equipment management module, finance management module, training managementmodule, quality assurance and system management module.I use SQL Server2000database, design B/S structure, program with C#language withinMicrosoft Visual Studio IDE.
