| Coal resource is a foundational energy which is considered as a strategic significance. Coal mining and excavation work is accompanied by the security incidents which occurred frequently. It has brought great loss to families, society and the state, and even worse it has caught a huge obstacle to the economic and social stabilization and development. The monitoring and management of coal mine safety production needs to be addressed key issues in the further. With the rapid development of computer industry, coal mine management can take full advantage of information technology, such as underground environment monitoring, staff attendance, information management etc.Trough analysis of the current situation of China’s mine safety management information system, this paper has designed and implemented a full-stack coal mine management information and intelligent map system which meets the needs of coal mine safety production. The whole platform has contains information management subsystem and intelligent map subsystem. In the part of the information management, SQL Server2008and Delphi are the basic technologies, we use those powerful tools to achieve the ultimate management goals, such as information collection via serial port, alarm processing, staff attendance, device statistics, path generation, environment data monitoring and so on. At the same time, we also proposed the intelligent map system which includes2D accurate map and3D abstracted Map. CAD (Computer Aided Design) is the core in2D system. WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) is the3D application infrastructure.3D Map also uses MVC (Model-view-controller) pattern to frame the whole program architecture. The design of model, view and controller can avoid irrational structure in the traditional software programming. It meets the principles of software design with low coupling and high cohesion.Currently, the results of systemic test, production deployment and pre-commissioning show our system can cope with enterprise needs with a high performance. It has been successfully applied in the research project which is accomplished by School of Innovation Experiment of Dalian University of Technology and Shenyang Institute of Coal Research Institute. The project focused on sensor diagnosis and safety testing instrument via wireless technology which is also four-items in "Eleven-Five" of the state. Our system provides user friendly and reasonable features. In other words, the system is a practical application. |
