Language learning is an important part of the process in children’development, which determines the children’s degree of integration of social groups as well as individual viability in their later life. However, there are so many children hearing loss or damage because of many reasons, so that many children lost the ability to speak.The traditional language learning for rehabilitation is through the special teachers’ teaching, such teaching are difficulty and low efficiency, and special teachers in our country is relatively small, leading to speech rehabilitation for deaf children become a social problem. With the development of computer technology and other related subjects, the computer as a platform for helping speech rehabilitation system came into being. Abroad starts earlily in this regard, much more advanced than domestic. Although there are some the rehabilitation system for Chinese language, but these devices are relatively complex, a lot of the functionality is not real, and the price is more expensive and is difficult to be promoted.This paper analyzes the teaching system which helps the deaf children at home and abort, and according to the current various related technology and the development of the theory designs a speech rehabilitation system that can be interactive. The system according to the characteristics of the real pronunciation, speech processing technology and voice recognition technology are applied to pronunciation for inspection system, through these two technologies to detect children’s pronunciation is correct or not. The system uses3D virtual head to show the process of the pronunciation of the lips and tongue change, it is more conducive to helping children to correct their own pronunciation of the tongue and lips change. It will record the pronunciation of children real-time, through the replay of the real-time video to contrast of3D virtual head accurate pronunciation way.Tone plays an important role in Chinese language, The same word has different meanings in different tone. So when we are lerning Chinese,the tone is an important part. In the System, we develop tone_learning module.Accroding to my work in the tone recognition part, this paper introduces tone recognition process and the algorithm in the third chapter.This article introduces how the deaf rehabilitation system composition, system architecture and the functionality. Because the system is aimed at children, so they need special requirements on the system design requirements, attractive role in promoting children’s independent learning, easy to be used, children can easily start. The most important features is the learning content can be applied to children, Such as learning content need to be visualizate or gaming, Let Children learn to play the knowledge.Based on the work I have done in the entire system development process, mainly interduce the techniques and methods of tone recognition of isolated words in the system.The commercialization of the system is one of the purposes of development, Releasing the cooperation with the enterprise can form a virtuous cycle can not only promote the further development, and can make the system more be more perfect. To make contribution for our country’s rehabilitation career.
