In this era of knowledge explosion, information is found everywhere, the access to information becomes simple, but more complex than ever at the same time, complexity means not all the information is helpful in solving problems, and it may be very cumbersome to filter out the useful ones. Therefore, the acquisition, representation, storage, and reuse of knowledge has become increasingly important.Customer value is becoming an important research objects of the commercial areas in the increasingly fierce market competition, customer occupancy rate is becoming more and more important. Companies are looking for ways to attract and keep customers, the work of retaining customers is difficult than ever. That is why research on customer value is not only necessary but also more and more important, which may even become the primary task of companies.This article use ontology, the one that express concepts and relationship between concepts effectively, to represent the Extension Data Mining knowledge. In this way, messy knowledge and relationships becomes prominent and clear, more importantly, we can save the domain knowledge for effective reuse.The existing description languages of ontology are focus on semantic representation, that means they can not be used to solve contradiction problems, which happen to be the purpose and the most prominent features of extenics. This article uses basic-element and complex-element, combined with the extension methods, to represent the customer value domain ontology.If you want to reuse knowledge, you should save it effectively, this article choose MySQL as storage tool.The first part of this article is the introduction of research actuality of customer value, ontology, and extenics, the significance of this study, and the main research content. The second part is the introduction of basic concepts and methods of extenics, ontology and customer value. The third part is the point of this article, including ontology building and describing. The fourth part is the storage of the ontology, using the relational database MySQL. By using complex-element, we can see properties and values of customer value clearly. With Extenics, such as a matter with several properties and a property belongs to several matters, we can implement extension transformation based on particular basic-elements. For example, if consumption decreases, we can propose solutions like installment payment or giving presents. In this way we will be able to solve contradictory problems. In this paper, it means improving customer value. And solving contradictory problems is our creative work.
