The Design And Exploration Of Professional Title Application And Administration System For Institutions In DongLi Region

Public institutions in Dongli district have a long history of using computer to assist day-to-day management, but these management are often isolated, single and do not form a system. Information management level of job classification is very low and mainly use the way of filling manually for data exchange. The work of computer are all the basic functions, for example word editing, excel tabulation. They do not make full use of network resources. To further enhance the level of office automation, improve office efficiency and promote the construction of personnel management information, we design and develop Application and Management System of Title(AMST) for enterprise and public institution in Dongli District titles.The realization of system functions are completed using the framework of Struts, Spring. Hibernate (SSH) based on J2EE platform. The SSH framework for AMST’s development allows the system being reusable and easy to being maintained. Struts is responsible for separation of MVC, during the process the portion of models is completed by the Hibernate framework and Control is completed by Spring. The work of AMST mainly include:needs analysis of AMST in the manner of object-oriented and translates the demands into the object within AMST; Hibernate realizes DAO interface and the connection between the front desk.lava classes and database; Spring finishes the business logic and business processes.The main function of AMST oriented to regions for enterprises and public institution is about reporting and management of the titles for their employees. Users of system are divided into four categories according to the different permissions: applicant, company, department administrator and system administrators. AMST in Dongli District has following functions:applicant management, company management, department management and system maintenance. The entire application process contains reporting of user’s request; filling in the appropriate declaration; submit the declaration to the department administrator; translating the declaration to company user, if passing report to department user; reception or rejection of application and giving feedback. Permissions in the system are assigned by the system administrator.We test the developed AMST, the system can basically complete the entire process from user’s application to approval the management department. The system uses SSH framework for development, so it is also very easy to achieve if needs to upgrade.
