The slogan is "health, sports, sun, future", it depth studies sports’important role in the formation of young people’s ideological and moral, intellectual development, aesthetic taste, explores the theory and practice of China Youth that promote the comprehensive development, the sport as a tool, comprehensively promotes sunshine sports’in-depth implementation in the country. In order to response to the call of the Ministry of Education on sun sports activities, promote the all-round development of students’ professional and physical fitness, Chongqing University will vigorously call on to carry out sports activities in schools. In addition, with the actively carrying out sports activities in Chongqing University colleges and class, Chongqing University sports appraisal management system needs to be established, which could make colleges and classes participate in activities in the competition, and thus realize information management that sports from the organization, promotion to the post-evaluation in school.The system uses B/S architecture, the application of MVC (Model-View-Controller) design pattern on the system design and development, using SQL SERVER2005database for the system’s data storage and management. In the system research and development process, we described the system requirements access as well as requirements analysis in detail, and we used UML modeling tools to complete the static modeling and dynamic modeling of the system.Chongqing University sports appraisal management system finally realized five functional modules:sports management module, integral evaluation management module, news function module, activity data management module, and system management module, which could well organizes and manages sports activities, Early in the system development, the staff widely sought the views of Chongqing University teachers and students, achieved the humane management and functional design to the users of the system, maintained and managed the information involved in sports activities. At the same time, it achieved the visual management of the entire sports activities, facilitating the school leadership’s latter part of the evaluation of the various faculties, improving the management efficiency for the Chongqing University sports activities, promoting sports activities to carry out in the school.This system is mainly based on the actual situation of Chongqing University sports appraisal management, achieving the sports evaluation management of information technology, improving the management efficiency for Chongqing University sports activities, promoting sports activities to carry out in the school.
