With the development of wireless technology and e-learning technology, more and more students like to use mobile equipment for learning and communication. It has become a trend of the information society, by which students can learn in mobile environment. Besides, it becomes more and more popular between students and teachers. Based on the above situation, we complete the design and implementation of e-learning teaching platform based on mobile environment, the most important of which is real-time interactive function, namely, teachers and students can have real-time interaction, including video、audio and blackboard.In this paper, according to the characteristics of the existing interactive platform and the particularity of the mobile environment, the following work is completed. We determine the functional requirements and the special demand of mobile environment; also we research and solve the main existing problems during realize the platform; at last, we complete the realization of the platform. Firstly, in order to enlarge the adaptability of the platform and make the platform to fit different mobile devices and browser, we design and implement the adaptive mechanism. Secondly, the solution is studied and proposed to realize the real-time interaction in different mobile devices; through the study of the existing image and audio codec algorithm and application, the monitor flow decoding algorithm is used to solve the problem of the image displayed not clear in mobile devices. Thirdly, it is to design and realize the basic function of the platform.Doing test about the realized platform is in different mobile devices. It is verified that the platform used in different environment is rationality and the same function in different mobile devices can show different interface. At the same time, the screen flow decoding algorithm has solved the problem about the image display in the process of real-time interaction, that is the image can be clearly displayed on the mobile devices. At last, we put forward the different solutions to solve the use of the real-time interactive function.
