Medical healthcare is an indispensable component in the modern society and is the main focus of the entire nation. With the progressing and civilization of the society, more and more attention is given to the diagnosis, treatment, prevention of human diseases. And the aging of population is adding to the public health burden, especially in some underdeveloped areas, where the deficiency of medical resources is rather severe. The raise of the concept WeHealth solved the problem to some extent, but problems still exist, such as the inaccurate feedback information or the lack of instructional significance. This paper mainly does research on the intelligent service for the content-aware IoT-based WeHealth system, introducing content awareness into intelligent services and applying data mining algorithms to context reasoning and decision making. It uses systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate, age, body mass index, smoking and other contextual information to make a comprehensive decision on the hypertension control level, and then sends the inferred feedback message automatically to the patients or their guardians, which improves the service process and the quality of the healthcare. In this WeHealth intelligent-serving system, context processing is done by using weighted majority voting strategy (WMV) in multiple classifier fusion, and improvements are made on the simple WMV algorithm. Simulation shows that the improved algorithm could gain higher classification accuracy and stability. This paper also elaborates on the implementation of the WeHealth intelligent-serving system, emphasizing on the LAMP based website and intelligent-serving process, and uses the real data from the users of intelligent-serving system to do performance verification. In the end, the work of this paper is summarized and the future work is discussed.
