| To nowadays, The Power Line Communication (PLC) has achieved significant achievements, showing great advantages in many areas. But it is also facing serious problems to be solved, of which the terrible channel feature, especially the noise situation is the most serious ones.The noise characteristics in power line is complicated and varies in different place. So, studies of this is necessary:it makes people understand noise feature in a specific area. Grasping of the main characteristics and parameters of specific types of noise can help people to take right measures in communications. Besides, through noise modeling and simulation work, we can find ways to simulate the real environment, which plays a supporting role to other PLC research.So, on the basis of the existing achievements, this article focuses on the study of the noise of PLC. Firstly, after describing the channel and noise characteristics in power line in general, we collect the actual noise data from real environment including indoor and outdoor. then, we conducte a detailed parameter analysis by category with the matlab program, and with its Time-varying characteristics followed; Next, by creating new model or improving the existing models, facing the practical engineering applicable, this theis find the available model for every type of noise. Finally, based on the model thinking, we program matlab tools to simulate the real noise and take its character to compare with the original noise’s.Ultimately, this article offers valuable analysis results and real data, and summarize the noise feature in PLC more accurately with the actual data. Additionaly, the comparison between the simulation noise and the collected noise, also verify that the proposed model is effective. |
