The Design And Impletation Of Mobile Internet Program Based On Paas Platform

Along with the rapid development of mobile Internet and mobile Internet applications, large quantities of personal developers and small development teams enter the procession of developing and providing mobile Internet applications. In order to satisfy the requirements of these personal developers and small teams to reduce the cost of the process of developing and deploying applications, PaaS(Platform as a Service)based on cloud computing obtains more and more attentions. PaaS could provide developers with the simple and swift application development, execution, testing and management capabilities. Many Internet companies such as Google and Sina have provided PaaS. In our country, telecom operators are Full-Business operators, they have fixed line network,2G mobile network and3G mobile network, and have many capabilities such as SMS,MMS and Location which Internet companies could not provide. Rich network capabilities become an important advantage for telecom operators to setup and provide PaaS. Domestic telecom operators such as China Mobile and China Telecom have released their PaaS for mobile Internet applications.As there are many differences between telecom operators and Internet companies in managable, controllable and profitable features, PaaS provided by telecom operators are different with those provided by Internet companies in many aspects such as functional architecture and business process. This paper focuses on the mobile Internet application development based on PaaS provided by telecom operators. The comparison with existing PaaS and one application development sample are involved into illustrate the typical processes such as application development, deployment and capability invocation based on PaaS provided by telecom operators.This paper first introduces the background of mobile Internet and cloud computing. Then the application development environment, execution environment and capability invocation mechanism in PaaS provided by telecom operators are illustrated. And the generic development process of the mobile Internet applications based on the PaaS is analyzed. In the end, the development of a sample application is involved to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the application development based on this platform.
