IOT(Internet of Things) makes the information interaction accessable between human and materials, while WSN(wireless sensor networks) is the nerve endings of the feature world. At the same time, WSN has the characteristics of heterogeneous and non-standard data format, so the WSNs are always used in the vertical industry or limited areas. Therefore, how to deploy the WSN as a service to users is a very important research direction in the feature. At this stage, the basic business of WSN is the Found and registration of WSN and the data publish and subscription. The main work in this thesis is based on the sensor network data publishing and subscription. IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem) is the established standards in the telecommunications networks for the next generation core network with the characteristics of the separation of business and load, however, nowdays the telecommunication is in lack of applications. By deploying the WSN business in IMS, with the characteristic of large scale operation and standard deployment, WSNs can publish data in a standard way. The main work in this article includes:(1) The research of wireless sensor network data publishing and subscription business, sum up the basic business model of wireless sensor networks;(2) Research the IMS service deployment standards, summarize the key technical points in the deployment of IMS services, as well as the core application server and interface design; study the deployment of OMA OSE business rules;(3) Propose sensor network registration and the IMS based wireless sensor network data publishing and subscription business framework by using the Catalog Server and the WSN Service Server as IMS Enabler, and design the communication and detailed interfaces and business processes;(4) Design a wireless sensor network on the IMS application server architecture and detailed design of the internal modules of the application server implementations, based on the industry JAIN SLEE standard for telecommunication network business;(5) Realize the basic functions of IMS using the JAIN SLEE open source project using existing to build IMS simulation environment, and configure wireless sensor network business server to simulate and analyse the performance of the architecture. In the end, we put forward the improved direction of the next step.
