China is a country rich in coal resources, For a long time, the use of coal only stay on the combustion heating and thermal power, which caused great environment pollution and resource waste.Coal deep processing is not only to improve the coal product added value, but also consume part of coal products, reducing the pollution of the environment. In recent years, coal chemical industry is in the rapid development of our country, a large number of projects such as coal to methanol, ethylene glycol,etc. are in the construction. POM as one of the world’s four major engineering plastics are widely used in automotive, medical equipment, aerospace technology, instruments, daily light industrial and other fields. Because these products brand are famous, the price is expensive, user requirements strictly, if the product contains metal material or weight deviation, users in the production of downstream products will cause damage to equipment and material matching problems, serious impact on product quality, as a fine chemical products, in the production and packaging process adding a set of transmission test system, used to filter the weight of the unqualified material appeared in the process of packaging bags and metallic material package is particularly important.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the system, the selection of equipment cost analysis, considering the personnel for maintenance in the future, reducing cost, and choosing a cheaper price, easy maintenance, stable performance products. After comprehensive analysis, using Siemens Company developed the V4.0STEP7Micro WIN SP4as the configuration software, to the Bell Co to develop ADP software as6.3.0touch screen software; controller adopts Siemens’s S7200224series CN, touch screen with HITECH company PWS6400F series. The above products are cheap, easy to operate, great convenience at the same time in the meet of the required function of the operating personnel’s maintenanceThe aim of this thesis is to realize the difference of the weight material bag (qualified material package:25±0.25Kg) for the difference of the weight automatic sorting and metal material bag metal automatic sorting, Controlling part of this paper implements some auxiliary functions and convenient operation personnel running state monitoring system, such as conveyor ready, emergency stop, status indication, such as interlocking parking on metal material bags, super bad bags, total material bags to count, to test the bag spacing, avoid more than two bag appearing on the weighing machine caused by accident of the picking, analyzes all kinds of faults, records, alarms, the debugging parameters for backup and recovery, of continuous alarm on the batch picking on bags. The monitor screen of this system by more status indication linkage, timer, counter display, system setting, I/O state detection, system event query, query the historical events and so on, satisfy the operators in the production of the demand for the system.In this paper, on the base of comprehensive analysis for conveying detection control system, firstly, completed the overall design of the system and function module design, and according to the needs of technology and the actual situation, the analysis of the various control strategies on the basis of the control system, the controller and monitor selection optimization, completes the movement detection control system design and development. On the basis of functionality reduces input costs can be reduced.
