In the operation of municipal central heating network, the timely and accuratepositioning of leakage fault is the key to guarantee the heating quality. Currently, most ofthese researches of leakage localization technology for pipelines are limited to the longstraight single pipeline. However, these methods are not directly applicable to the heatingpipe network of complex branching type. Therefore, how to transform leak positioningproblem of complex network into leak positioning problem of long straight pipe is thepremise of leakage localization for pipe network.This paper determines a method of leakage localization for pipe network based onmulti-sensor information fusion through comprehensive comparison in the various methodsof leakage localization. Main work is as follows:(1) The establishment of the heating network topology. The structure of heating pipenetwork is analyzed in the paper. Through digitized the structure of heating pipe network ingraph theory, the paper established adjacency matrix, correlation matrix, and accessibilitymatrix. As input parameters of leakage localization for pipe network in decision, the datastorage of the topology structure is designed, and stored in SQL Server database.(2) The decision of leakage pipe. This paper presents a method of leakage localizationfor pipe network based on multi-sensor information fusion and the topology structure ofpipe network decision method. By establishing the topology structure of pipe network, itcan predict the time difference vector group, then according to the singularity of each sensorreceives the leaking information to establish the measured time difference vector group, theinformation fusion can conduct through using the corresponding time deviation degree. Thedecision-making leakage pipeline based on D-S evidence theory, can provide conditionsfor the next step of the leakage point localization.(3) Leakage point positioning of pipe network based on the acoustic. This paperimproves the accuracy of leakage localization through determining acoustic velocityaccording to the variation of water temperature and revising locating formula according theflow rate in the actual operation of heating pipe network.(4) Software design of heating pipe network leakage positioning system based on c#.According to the above theory and method, the paper developed software system of leakagelocalization for heating pipe network based on the c#language. The software system canaccurately make a strategic decision for the pipeline in leakage faults, and locate the leakagepoint accurately.
