| In the21st century, the network technology has been widely applied, and the Internet of Things and cloud computing as the representative of the IT technology is emerging and has a rapid development. Thus, the drawbacks of traditional logistics services mode are increasingly prominent, which make it difficult to meet the diverse and personalized demand of users. Modern logistics industry is calling for a comprehensive, efficient, convenient, and personalized web logistics services model, in that case, the new IT-based cloud logistics model comes into being. With the deepening of applied research, the concept of cloud logistics emerges in the logistics industry, but still in its infancy, the research of cloud logistics has not yet formed a complete system. On the basis of existing theoretical research and understanding on the development of the logistics mode, this paper also tries to give the concept of cloud logistics and described its operation principle and characteristics. As the cloud logistics-based logistics services integration process is dynamic and short-term, in order to avoid the members from the logistics service platform focusing too much on the immediate, short-term interests and making some destructive behavior to the long-term benefits of the platform, to design a scientific and reasonable profit allocation mechanism is the key for the long-term stable operation of the platform.First, from the theoretical study of the cloud logistics, the paper analyzes the benefits distribution features of the cloud logistics mode, and integrates some key factors affecting the distribution of benefits, such as the input factors, strive factors, risk factors and contribution factors. Then this paper makes creative design of the correction mechanism of the benefits distribution based on the service evaluation and builds a cloud service evaluation index system from five evaluation dimensions based on customer satisfaction.Secondly, on the basis of the benefits distribution mechanism of cloud logistics mode established, this paper uses a two-stage distribution method to construct a mathematical model of the distribution of benefits. In the first phase, the service market value allocation method is firstly used to determine the initial allocation ratio, and the initial allocation scheme will be corrected based on customer service feedback to obtain the final interests allocation of the child service. Next, in the second phase, four allocation methods and a comprehensive distribution plan based on the TOPSIS are used to re-distribute interests in the sub-service process. Finally, the paper take an example to analyze and compare the allocations results of different allocation scheme to prove the scientific and feasibility of the allocation model proposed by this paper. This study aims to provide some theoretical guidance for the distribution of interests between the relevant members from the cloud logistics platform, to provide protection for the stable operation of the cloud logistics platform, and to provide certain referential significance for its better long-term development. |
