Since the post of company operation, in the organization, preparation, job and pay the implementation of a series of major reform, clear all levels of human resources management departments of the duties and authority. In order to ensure the implementation of various reform measures in place, the realization system of human resource management and standardization, the need to establish human resource management system, which is the premise of the future and the information management system to achieve data sharing, and improve the postal enterprises overall informatization level objective need.This paper discusses the human resources management system project background and the problems faced by the design, analysis of the overall goals and needs system to solve the problem, and the system of part of the business requirements are described in detail. On the basis of demand analysis, this paper gives the overall design of the human resource management system, in the design of the functional architecture, describes the composition of each part, and then analyze the design of the system running environment, security strategy, database and software technology. After the description of the overall structure, according to the requirements described in detailed design of system function module is discussed respectively. Based on the detailed design, realization of function module is introduced in this paper. Finally, based on the human resource management system operation status and operation quality was evaluated, and puts forward some measures for further improvement of the system.System uses the B/S architecture, J2EE architecture design adopts the hierarchical model, to meet the system scalability, maintainability, high stability requirements, using Oracle10G as the database, realized the management, performance management, salary welfare management, employee training management, organization management and other functions.Implementation of the postal human resources management system, to meet the requirements of the postal industry demand and technology, the establishment of human resources of workflow and approval flow, the basic realization of the human resource management function, postal human a good base for development.
