The Design And Implementation Of The Risk Monitoring System For Counter Operational Based On J2EE

For effective control of the banking operation risk, and achieving the shift of supervision center by the business review to the risk management, this paper proposes a new banking operational risk supervision and technology, and developes the bank business operation risk monitoring system.For the original pattern model of data, there is no risk identification, no data filtering, we do these steps only by artificial way. So the risk monitoring depend entirely on the supervision personnel’s service quality. This is the main backward. Here we propose a method which greatly simplifies the post-supervision the workload of staff. According to the risk supervision projects such as the teller supervision, the account supervision, the large amount special business supervision, etc., the system of the banking information weaves and filters the data, and selectively suggests the risk data. Of the high-risk trading behavior recognition, the system processes prompt risk supervision information data, and improve the ability of risk identification in accordance with the banking supervision and regulation after comprehensive standardized. For the anti-money laundering supervision, account supervision the system can supervise the data respectively and continuously, and make up for the deficiency of the traditional monitoring methods. Through supervisory personnel monitoring and analyzing the data continuously, dynamic, and confirming, feedback, evaluation the data, we can achieve the goal of banking operational risk control.Here we first discuss counter business operational risk monitoring system, project design background and face the developing design problems. On this basis we analyze the system’s functional requirements and non-functional requirements, and we elaborate the system requirements in the form of flow chart and legends.Second, on the basis of demand analysis, we has carried on the counter business operational risk monitoring system architecture design. First of all, according to system requirements we put forward the system design target and principle, and then make the design on the system technical architecture and function architecture respectively. bout technical architecture we mainly consider system scalability, maintainability, and performance issues, so by using the hierarchical model of J2EE architecture, and we carry on the design and analysis to the function of each layer. For technical architecture is mainly in the scope of functional architecture design, we discuss the functions of the parts of the system, and lastly a dynamic system function flow is given.Third, the counter business operational risk monitoring system is designed in detailed, and the designs of each module are described. In order to more fully understand the design of the system, we present the whole structural chart of the counter business operational risk monitoring system. After understanding of the whole structure, each module of the detailed design is discussed.Fourth, on the basis of the detailed design, we first simply introduce the realization of each module, show the whole system rendering and the realization of each part, and then focus on the supervision model, analyze it in detail. Finally, we simply analyze the system test, and present the detailed analysis of pressure test environment setting up and test processing.Finally, in this paper, the application of the counter business operational risk monitoring system is simply introduced, and the improvement of the system are proposed for the future.To sum up, on the basis of analyzing the business requirements, we designed and implemented the counter business risk monitoring system of the banking industry...
