Design And Realization Of Party School Smarter Teaching System

Education informationalization was a kind of education innovation idea carried out in the1990s with the implement of the National Information Infrastructure, which was the Information superhighway. This idea, which made the digital technology such as the computer, the projection, the Internet and the teaching websites entered into the campus and classrooms step by step, had become the basic consensus of the international education sector.Party School education is an important part in our country education system. the party school is of great importance in training the leaders at all levels in our country. In face of global informationalization tide, the teaching informationalization of party school is the trend and one of most important yardsticks of the level of modernization. In recent years, the teaching informationalization of party school mostly concentrated in the construction of the campus network, the multimedia classrooms and the OA system. And the Information reform of teaching procedure and teaching management just stayed in the multimedia performance. In this case the learners still could only to accept and accumulate passively. The teaching evaluation depended on the human rating and the manual input and statistics as usual, which caused the exhausting process and lower efficiency. The student attendance used the roll call as before, which took up a lot of class time and could solve the problem of helping others to sign in and affected the actual effects of training seriously.This research derived from the Wisdom teaching perception system based on the Internet of Things which is the Project of Scientific Development of Shandong in2011, and the project number is2011GGB35001. Focusing on the requirement of the modernization of the Party School education and the actual business, this research designs and implements the Wisdom teaching perception system of the Party School composed by mobile platform and Wireless Network. By using face recognition technology, The Wisdom teaching perception system of the Party School Implements automatic attendance and teaching evaluation based on the mobile platform. Also this system designs the Teaching management module based on PAD, which achieves multiple functions, including whiteboard, online examination and teaching evaluation. The system not only improves the teaching interactive and vitality, but also improves the students’ information literacy. On this basis the system integrated with the Social Network Service, solves the interactivity problem of distance education. Test results show that this system conforms to the actual needs. The system not only solves the problem of teaching evaluation and attendance for the Party School, but also can realize seamless fusion of digital teaching system in existence.
