Research On The Development Of News Broadcasting Of Xinjiang People’s Radio Station

News Broadcasting of Xinjiang People’s Radio arises at the historic moment that thenation specialized radio channel and after seven years’ continuous reform and innovation, itgradually grows from comprehensive news broadcasts to a specialized news broadcasts. Asthe mainstream media in Xinjiang, it constantly shoulders heavy responsibility of thedissemination of information， watch the social environment, guide public opinion, establishmainstream values direction and other important functions.This thesis is aimed to discuss the newscasts development status of the newsbroadcasting of Xinjiang People’s Radio. Meanwhile, it analyzes the development of newschannel by taking methods of document analysis, case analysis method, comparativeanalysis and other methods, combing deep analysis from three aspects of positioning analysis,program analysis, the dynamic analysis of news channel. The study found that newsbroadcasting of Xinjiang People’s Radio made some achievements in reform and innovation,but in the fierce media competition there are obvious deficiencies and gaps in the aspects ofratings and market share compared with "Voice of China" of the central People’s Radio, theUrumqi People’s Radio and other channels of the Xinjiang People’s Radio. In order to furtherimprove the competitiveness and influence of news broadcasts of the Xinjiang People’s Radio,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward aimed at the current vulnerable spots.
