From the eighties of the last century and through the research of many scholars,the conclusion that the author of Shi Bi Xing Jian is WEI Yuan has been approved in the field of research about WEI Yuan,however,it hasn’t been received enough attention of classic poetic researcher. Actually,we can make some additional argumentation from two aspects on the basis of this conclusion.On the one hand,there haven’t adequate association between Shi Bi Xing Jian and CHEN Hang’s existing works,on the another hand,it has obvious consistency on the writing form and ideological content between Shi Bi Xing Jian and WEI Yuan’s numerous books,including the same and similarity of stylistic rules and layout,word and sentence,context meaning and ideological concept.Shi BiXing Jian has the premier script and the block-printed two version.The premier script has written in1829,the name is Shi Wei.The block-printed has written in1854and published in1855.There are considerable difference between the premier script and the block-printed..Shi Bi Xing Jian arrange the poetry according to the order of time. The stylistic rules and layout of Shi Bi Xing Jian contains overall preface and partial preface and main text and annotatement.The annotate method of Shi Bi Xing Jian contains collate and note,make comment after judged many view,and to induce the intention of the author with sympathetic understanding.Shi Bi Xing Jian use the concept of BiXing to discuss the poetry,the meaning of BiXing has the duality of aesthetic characteristics and political functions.The content of Shi Bi Xing Jian are all the ancient poetry,the most important feature of Shi Bi Xing Jian’s ancient poetry is "the simpified word covers deep meanings".The view about the development feature of the poetry from Han dynasty to LiuChao of WEI Yuan has distinctively retroactive characteristic.The annotate method and the poetic thought of Shi Bi Xing Jian has considerable association with the academic system of WEI Yuan,which integrated HanXue and SongXue and make the new text studies became the governing department,and with the poetic trend of "practical use"during the period of Jiaqing and Daoguang of Qing dynasty,and with the local culture of Hunan.The thesis has four sections,the content of the first section are the additional argumentation on the question about the author of Shi Bi Xing Jian and the analysis about the difference between the premier script and the block-printed. The content of the second section is the annotate method of Shi Bi Xing Jian. The content of the third section is the poetic thought of Shi Bi Xing Jian.And the last section discuss the association between Shi Bi Xing Jian and the scholarship of Qing dynasty,which including the HanXue,the new text studies,the poetic of Qing dynasty and the local culture of Hunan.
