According to the aboveideas, firstly, establish COPSP-DM data mining process standards, regulate oilfield-orientedof data mining process. After describe the key problems of early warning model establishmentprocess in detail, mainly include the analysis and selection of classification algorithms、waveequation algorithm based on damping automend、the implement of standard well indicatordiagram algorithm based on multiple linear regression、 matching vector quantizationalgorithm of matching vector quantization based on Spliting. Then according to theCOPSP-DM process steps determine mining goal respectively, decompose target problem, inview of subproblems establish mining model, obtain early warning related knowledge throughthe preprocessing of historical data, combine with the specific early warning method toestablish early warning model, finally give the overall dynamic early warning model.Through the establishment of the early warning model can well monitor the changingrule of the single well production data, give the warning signal of the abnormal production intime, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of improvement recovery, ensure the steadydevelopment of society.
