| The issues involving the knowledge of ethics for competitive intelligence activities have gained extensive attention as competitive intelligence is applied widely and deeply, that the development of enterprises, individuals and competitive intelligence disciplines have been affected. In the paper, I combined with psychology to analyze the ethical issues in the activities enterprise competitive intelligence, also refer to some management strategies to control of ethical issues to help the development of the competitive intelligence activities in China.The main content of this paper is divided into three parts, the second part and the third part is the key point of the research in this paper. The first part states theoretical background and basic knowledge. The first part states the theoretical background and basics of competitive intelligence. First expounded the research background, research status both here and abroad, the research purpose and meaning, as well as the thesis of innovation; then states the concept of competitive intelligence, the characteristics of competitive intelligence, intelligence activities process. The second part of the paper, focusing mainly on the root of the ethical issues set forth in the enterprise competitive intelligence activities from a psychological point to analyze the relationship between intelligence workers’psychology and competitive behavior. The last part of the paper, according to the ethical problems in intelligence activities, try to find some solutions to the problems from psychological point, and present some other methods like ethical and moral education, building of enterprise culture, intelligence behavior monitoring as well as laws to prevent ethical problems in intelligence activities. |
