| In recent years, with the rapid development of our country’s high-speed railway, high-speed train has become important transportation. The train body is the main component of high-speed train and bearing parts, which has a large proportion in all the structure. Therefore, using the modern design technology to improve train body design efficiency and quality is of great significance.CAD/CAE technology plays an important role in product design and analysis and it is widely used in enterprises. However, CAD system and CAE system are independent, generally when modeling in CAD system does not consider analysising demand in CAE system, so it is cost much time to establish finite element model. In addition, in current high-speed train body designing process is of long design cycle and high cost and in current high-speed train analysising process there exists other problems, such as large amount of repetition work, lacking of standard operation process and high error rate. Therefore, general CAD/CAE software can’t completely suitable for high-speed train body rapid design.This thesis, according to the existing problems in current train body design/analysis process sumrized the train body designing/analysising demand. On this basis, the high-speed train body CAD/CAE system are designed and developed. The train body parametric design system (CAD system) using Pro/E software built parametric model of train body and with Mierosoft.Visual.Studio.NET2003as a platform to Pro/E for secondary development, to realize high-speed train body parametric design. The static strength simulation analysis process system (CAE system) uses Tcl/Tk and Altair Process Manager, Process Studio for secondary development of HyperMesh. According to the experience of enterprise develop process templates and many tools, such as material definition and reuse tools which are nested to process tree to guide users quickly and accurately complete the operation. At last, with a case study, proved the reliability of the system.The proposed system, not only improves the train body design quality and efficiency, but also meets the need of the modern design technique, which is of practical guiding significance and application value to the enterprise. |
