As the progress and development of electronic technology, as well as the end-users’continuously demand for the product function and quality, electronic manufactures try to shorten the research and design cycle of new product, in order to make the cycle of pushing new products into market as short as possible, thereby they can get more new chances in the fierce market competition.The cycle that new products from design to be put into market has been significantly compressed, and the proficiency of the operators cannot upgrade in a short term, so for traditional manufacturing industries, there will inevitably bring a large number of quality problems and will be a large number of "defective products" in the production process (including finished products and semi-finished products). The "defective products" can re-enter the production line and be normally output after repaired and recognized OK by maintenance department. However, there is great randomicity of the emergence of defective products, and the NG phenomena are often diverse, which is a severe trial for the management of the maintenance department. They must continuously enhance their efficiency and make the NG products ?rapidly transformed into qualified ones, as a result, the products can re-enter production lines as soon as possible. But maintenance has been always neglected for enterprise managers. Maintenance efficiency is poor, and such inventory accumulation problems affect the efficiency of enterprises.This paper analyzes that there are overstock inventory, slack process, unreasonable layout and such phenomenon in the electronic enterprise system, and we study further the feature of system rework of electronic products. Introducing the theory of TOYOTA Production System (referred to as: TPS), and according to the core principles of Toyota management“One piece flowâ€( referred to as : OPF), we bring forward a general flow that how system rework line realizes the OPF. And we design the running mode that eliminates the waste, so we can reach the ultimate objective of reducing the inventory, enhancing efficiency and low-cost as a result.Finally, we program again the system rework line of U company by using the general process which realizes the OPF, and actually changing the old work mode by bringing the system rework line’s work mode. Consequently the mode reduces the inventory, accelerates the process and eliminates the waste. As above, we validate the effect of the general flow and the running mode. |
