| With the GSM network development and user growth, the network presents many new features. while the end-users are normally sharing the mobile services, they are paying more and more interesting in the process of bringing a comprehensive value-added network. Formerly the network building focused on coverage and capacity, however it currently transfers to improving the quality and investment efficiency of network, as well as the comprehensive evaluation of end-users’perception Therefore we should not only analysis the alarm and performance of network equipment, but also evaluate the complexion of the whole network’s performance standing by end-users’side.Currenly the existing network alarm handling mechanism of China Mobile Group Fujian Co., Ltd. is mainly manifested in the passive handling of alarm afterwards and can’t eliminate the influence of the network malfunction primarily. Therefore some important network events effect terminal customers can be found according to the research of this paper. It is able to give a comprehensive analysis on the network malfunction exist in early before customers find it, and take effective network management to achieve the solution of the problem prior to an impact on the end-users.The work and research in the study of the early warning research are as follow:1. For a definition of end-user perceptions, and analysis of Fujian Mobile satisfaction survey results.2. Summarize and sort the data against the results of the survey, using comparative methods, identify the ideas of building initiative early warming system. 3. The definition to the latitude indicators of initiative early warming system model and the framework design and requirement of model development.4. Analysis of the initiative early-warming system in the daily work of the follow-up among the applications.In this paper, the intrinsic relation between the initiative early warning and user perceptions is proposed according to the research. The network alarm indicators and guideline are also proposed to effectively reduce the routine maintenance workload and improve work efficiency. This establishment of early warning methods can solve short-board network to provide differentiated services, take our efforts focus on resolving major network shortcomings, improve key areas pertinency and effectively increase the degree of the user’s satisfaction ultimately. |
