Countermeasure Research On The Supervision Of Medical Devices Industry In China

China medical device is a sub-industry of the pharmaceutical industry. It is a multi crossed discipline, knowledge intensive and capital intensive high technique industry, which involves pharmaceuticals, machinery, electronics, plastics and many other industries. The government should smooth the connection, clarify the function, strength the technical capability, innovate the supervision manner, continuously improve the quality of participants, construct and improve the technical supervision support system, to match the trend of this industry and then achieve the object of protecting livelihood and promoting social harmonious development.Starting from current status of China medical device industry, this paper analyzed existed problems in the process of dental instruments development and supervision and put forward strategies from four aspects including enhancing legal system construction, optimizing supervision system, strengthening ability construction and innovating supervision methods to improve the supervision of medical devices. It has theoretic and practical significance.
