Aerospace science and industry finance Co., LTD (hereinafter referred to as the”finance company”or“company”), formed by 19 stockholders including the China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation and its members, is a non-bank financial institution to render services of capital centralized management and comprehensive finance for the corporation and its members. The aerospace internet banking system, the financial account system, the credit system, the investment system, the financial system, the OA system and the filing system the company has already set up help it to achieve informationization of management and finance in all rounds. Now the basic application system are almost built and the all the businesses and management are more normative and more efficient. However, as a data-intensive financial enterprise, data of the exist systems scattering in the subsystems can hardly meet the requirements of analysis and form the battle effectiveness an information company needs.The company’s existing business systems has accumulated data resources of the inner institutions’financial activities which formed a foundation for the constructions of Analytical Warehouse and business intelligence systems. This paper, considering the company’s strategy, making an analysis and design study of the financial company’s CRM system, establish the first customer relationship management system on the basis of business intelligence in the finance industry.This paper firstly makes an overall design of function module of the CRM system based on standard architecture and introduces six modules including customer management, market management, sales management, service management, operations management and report management.Based on the overall framework design, this paper will study and explain the key analysis model in the designing process in the light of the financial, CRM Analytical CRM-based features. In analyzing the business model for financial companies, the design takes lessons from the external framework for strategic analysis to ensure the standardability and completeness of the financial company’s business model. Based on the Strategic housing, the traditional business model of value chain and value of McKinsey, the paper analysis the business models of financial companies and establish a distinctive business model, and establishes a portfolio of financial companies GE Strategic Matrix with a combination of the business attraction and the key success factors. Base on the integrated management of customer information, this paper divides the customer analysis into customer value analysis and customer potential analysis, designs a hexagonal pyramid of customer value, provides calculation of customer contribution program and offers the dimension of customer potential analysis. This paper will also conduct a design and planning for the financial company’s data warehouse. Data warehouse is to complete the design of indicator system and dimensions system in order to establish an exclusive and innovative enterprise-level data warehouse. The paper will also design the overall data warehouse framework and working mechanism.This by designing a CRM system for the Aerospace Science and Industry financial companies, this paper build a market, product, sail and operating management platform which meets the needs of the company business and customer characteristics, so as to strengthen the finance company business and customer management capabilities, and then to build a modern financial enterprise.
