Thebasic idea is to study: First, review the major classical theory of financial development andurban-rural income gap depthly, explicate financial development and income gap betweenurban and rural areas for a more detailed; Proposed mechanism of the three theories offinancial development on the urban-rural income gap: inverted "U" shape theory, financialdevelopment beneficial, harmful on financial development.
