Research On The Influences Of Regional Innovation Environment To Innovation Outputs In Jiangsu Province

With the development of economic globalization and knowledge economy, world economy hasshown regional characteristics.The fact puts forward new requirements to regional economicdevelopment, regional innovation system has become the main vehicle for regional economy.Regional innovation output is a direct result of the regional innovation activities, is also the drivingforce of regional economy development.Regional innovation environment is an integral part of theinnovation system.To a certain extent, in a given technology, technical inputs and institutional system,regional innovation environment is the key to improve innovation output.Throughout our country,economy-growth of Jiangsu Province has maintained the leading position.Therefore, this paperfocuses on the issue of environmental effects in.This paper studies regional innovation environment impactin on innovation output of Jiangsuprovince.Using indicator analysis and non-parametic statistical methods, we get patents in Jiangsuprovince had grown rapidly, patents in the central region of Jiangsu has similar distribution indifferent regions, while patents exist a significant difference distribution in the southern and northern.At the same time, patents in southern has the existence of agglomeration.With the initial evaluation ofregional innovation environment index system, we use the factor analysis to select three compositeindicators, we show a comprehensive evaluation of regional innovation environment, and explaine thecauses of the differences in the innovation environment. Finally, building patents lag panel data model,we take the empirical analysis of regional innovation environment in Jiangsu Province.This paper get the following conclusions: in recent years, the total patents of Jiangsu Provincehas growth rapidly; regional disparities exist between the level of innovation output,which meanspatents volume of southern geographical agglomeration, there are significant differences in thedistribution of patents between regions;13cities in Jiangsu Province of the three composite indicatorsof innovation output has a significant difference in the degree of influence, the improvement of thesocial environment of Changzhou role in promoting innovation and the largest output growth, themost obvious function of economic power and government support,which make the growth ofinnovation output is Suzhou.Combination of theory and empirical research, this paper put forwardpolicy recommendations to create a better innovation environment, improving innovation output.
