| With the rapid economic growth in our country, the exhibition economy is alsoascending at a rapid development speed, causing an increasing amount of theexhibition experts. Nowadays, the professional exhibition personnel is in a short,whether consider about the qualified or quality of the personnel. This article first of allanalyzes the problem we are facing in our exhibition personnel training, then it appliesresearch methods like literature review, comparatives research and finally combines theresults with the collected data form field survey. After all these processes, the solutionis reached,which is the concrete requirements for exhibition personnel training plan,from four aspects as the government, colleges and universities, enterprise and theexhibition personnel themselves. This article mainly consists of three parts:The first part explains the main content of this study and its significance, andreviews the previous literature review about the exhibition personnelboth in China andabroad. First of all, theoritical and practical significance of the study, the researchquestions and the desired research results will be displayed. Then these previousliteratures on exhibition human resource and the research focuses will be categorizedand analyzed, which is theoretical basis for this study.The second part defines the related concept of conference and exhibition humanresource, and introduces the present situation of the exhibition economy. Firstly, thispaper will define these terminologies, including the exhibition and exhibition economy,the function of exhibition, the connotation of the human resources and the humanresources development. Secondly, it will expounds the basis of the exhibition economy,the social benefit and economic benefit it brings to us, then it shows the presentsituation present situation of the exhibition human resource by taking Chengdu as anexample. By defining all these concepts and discussing it’s meaning, it will help us tounderstand the research scope and trend of the study.The third part concerns the exhibition human resource trainings in the UnitedStates and Germany, and trys to find out some useful advice which can help us todevelop our exhibition human resource training work, by combining it with the actualsituation of the exhibition human resource development in Chengdu, some specificsuggestions for the exhibition talent development in our country are reached are follows:①the government should strengthen the guidance and provide some policy and capital support②the universities should carry out professional exhibition education work;③the enterprise should train the employee to be more professional and improve the theirpayment;④the exhibition personnel should prepare themselves with a good jobplanning and continued studying. |
