With human society from industrial economy to the evolution of the knowledgeeconomy era, the management and development of the enterprise no longer depend oncapital, natural resources and traditional labor resources, but pay more and moreattention to the role of knowledge. Knowledge gradually becomes the main resource ofthe enterprises in the fierce competition of the market to keep production anddevelopment and win competitiveness. China has joined the WTO, facing the challengeof the world economic globalization, so China enterprises must improve their ownlearning and innovation ability to adopt the rapid and volatile international economicchange.Knowledge management and the learning organization theory are the new risingimportant management theories in recent20years, when the two theories were putforward; the upsurge was aroused between researchers of theory and business. From theexisting enterprise management theory and practice on see, there are many researcheson the integration of the knowledge management and the learning organization, butthere are few researches on the relationship among the knowledge management, thelearning organization and the enterprise evolution. This paper adopts the methods ofliterature search combined with analytic induction to research and further discusses therelated literature about the knowledge management theory, the learning organizationtheory and the enterprise evolution theory at home and abroad, summarizes the internallogic relationship among the three, and tries to discuss the process of establishing thelearning organization for the enterprise, providing theoretical reference to deepen the management of modern enterprises.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background,purpose, research situation and the research content and methods of the subject. Thesecond part reviews the knowledge management theory, learning organization theoryand enterprise evolution theory. The third part discusses the internal logical relationshipamong knowledge management, the learning organization and enterprise evolution inthe theory. The fourth part analyzes the necessity and the principles of establishing thelearning organization, finds the problems and causes of the establishing the learningorganization in the modern enterprises, and tries to discuss the process of establishingthe learning organization based on the knowledge management for modern enterprises.The process of the construction is divided into founded organization, developmentorganization, mature organization, adaptive organization and the innovativeorganization five stages. The organization characteristics, the five disciplines and themain existing problems are discussed in five stages. And the implementation processesof the knowledge management and the improvement of the organization mental modelsare also analyzed in detail. The fifth part puts forward some suggestions. This part putsforward relevant countermeasures from culture construction, organization structureconstruction, human resources construction, incentive mechanism construction andinformation system construction five aspects of the learning organization, in order tomake some contributions to the management practice for the enterprises.
