Study Of Rural Bank’s Sustainable Development

Through theoretical, practical research and analysis of survey data processing, the correct interpretation and description of the status of rural banks and major lack of depression, from the perspective of sustainable development, the reform orientation of rural banks. In order to promote rural financial service system to further complete improvement and promotion of rural finance the formation of a competitive market.The innovation of this paper is the following three aspects:1.Topics new point of view. Thesis provides some reference and research ideas for solving the "three rural" practical problems, but also for government policy, the rural financial system reform2.Analysising the sustainable development of rural banks, from the financial resource hypothesis.3.Learning from western companies and Chinese general corporate performance evaluation methods, and general performance evaluation system of financial institutions, combined with the actual situation of rural banks, according to the requirements of sustainable development strategies, develop a new performance evaluation index system.
