Social capital is an important concepts and analytical tools Of science in contemporary Western society, the concept of social capital and its research paradigm is an important breakthrough in today’s economics and sociological research content and methods. With the constantly enrich the connotation, as a powerful interpretative tool, social capital has become the focus of many disciplines. Gradually attracted participants from political, economic, social, educational and cultural fields, and has become the focus of many disciplines to study the issue and began to infiltrate the building of democracy, economic growth, economic performance, income distribution and labor market and many other areas of research.In China’s current development environment, with rapid economic growth, institutional reform and improve continuously, the traditional physical capital and human capital have been unable to explain all economic phenomena. From the discussion of social capital literature, it can be seen that social capital s a strong explanatory power of the analysis tools and a very important role for economic development, income growth, poverty and democracy-building, and many other aspects. From the perspective of social capital to explore the performance of the micro-economic growth is undoubtedly an attempt to be more innovative.From the social capital perspective, this paper analyzes social capital research framework in line with China’s actual, with the family as a subject from a particular link from of the society. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, it explores the role of family social capital, human capital, physical capital, in the household income getting, and establishs the family production function with the social capital embedded. This study further analyzes the extent to which each of the three kinds of capital, to explain the different levels of the gap between rich and poor families, as well as three kinds of capital in urban poor families and farmers in the production process of the different roles played. The various chapters of the various parts of the main contents are as follows:Chapter-1 is introduction. First, from an academic background and practical significance, this article describes the research background, meaning; Secondly, it introduces the research approach, method select; At last, it gives a reasonable definition of social capital, combined with social capital and social capital.Chapter-2 is the micro perspective of social capital and economic growth. First, this part points out of what is individual through the micro-macro analysis; Second, this part analyzes the micro social capital and micro-economic growth; Finally, it study the feasibility of the family to perspective.Chapter-3 is the model analysis of the family social capital affect household income. That part of the first using the means of model building analyzes the effects of social capitl for physical capital and human capital. There is two pathes of social capital effectting physical capital and human capital. Secondly, based on the conclusions of the preceding analysis, the family production function is got with the social capital embedded in.Chapter-4 is the empirical analysis of the family social capital effectting household income. The empirical results show that family income is acquired under the joint action of the family’s physical capital, human capital, and social capital. The family’s material increase in capital input contribution to the growth of household income is not very large, relatively human capital and social capital on household incomes, a relatively large role. Through the test of expansion of the model, this paper found that profession of households and cultivating level of social capital, has obvious positive effect nurturing the family income. There is no obvious impact between the family head age, head nation, parents have administrative duties and the household income seperately.Chapter-5 is comparative analysis. There is two parts. The first part is comparative analysis of family income, based on physical capital, human capital and social capital. From the results of the analysis we can see, the family’s productivity, physical capital, human capital, social capital, are all playing a role in family income. In contrast, the resea of the biggest gap between rich and poor is different levels of physical capital inputs in different families, while the human capital and social capital differences explain a certain extent of the gap between different levels of family income. Part II is the analysis of the production function between urban poor families and farmers. The conclusion is that:Urban poor families’increase in revenue will be higher than farmers by the same ratio of physical capital investment rate of increase. The greatest difference between Urban and rural households’production function lies in its human capital and social capital play the differrent role. Urban poor families’average level of education is higher than farmer’, but the increase of the revenue growth by the same percentage rate in human capital was far lower than the farmers; urban poor families’social capital level below farmers, but the addition of a standard unit of social capital, the income arising from the growth rate is far higher than the farmers.Chapter-6 is the main conclusions and policy recommendations. First of all, this part gives a whole summary’through the conclusions from the qualitative analysis, model analysis of findings and conclusions of, quantitative analysis. Secondly, it puts forward seven corresponding policy recommendations based on the conclusions of this article with social capital. Lastly, this study pointed out the need of further research form the inadequacy.
