Feasibility Analysis Of Qian Jiang International Business Center Project

With the large amount of real estate investment projects, the long cycle, many uncertainties and other features,the key to success lies in the decision is correct or not. Decision-making is based on the theory of the project from the feasibility analysis for scientific analysis and forecast. Therefore, we must strengthen and regulate the real estate project feasibility analysis and use scientific methods to make investment decisions so as to avoid wasteful investment or even failure.Qianjiang international business center is located in Shangcheng Fuxing District, Hangzhou City, east of Qianjiang 4 Bridge and south of China knitting town. Using the feasibility analysis of general theory together with my own experience, through the market survey analysis, as well as comparing with the main surrounding competition property, this article offers preliminary opinions on the feasibility of the project and business development mode.Besides,combined with the characteristics of the project, the paper conducts a technical analysis, investment analysis, financial evaluation and risk analysis. According to the basis of the programme (full sale scheme or partial sale portion of the rental scheme), the project has stronger feasibility in technology and economic.This article, through the combination of theory with practice research, the real estate project feasibility analysis, illustrates the general process.It can help us in the real estate development process to avoid blindness in the decision-making, accomplish a project with a clear positioning, arrange technology reasonably and capital budget clearly so as to accelerate enterprise fund utilization. This paper not only has important practice sense for the guidance of the development of Qianjiang international business center project, but also has certain reference significance for other real estate projects.
