With the deepening of economic globalization degree, capital market increasingly becoming active, enterprise financing activities also increasingly becoming frequent, plus the universalization of information technology, the corporate governance structure has changed enormously. This leads the enterprise stakeholders to pay more attention to enterprise performance evaluation. But it does not have a unified, scientific and efficient enterprise performance evaluation model system and related software at present. Therefore, it leads the enterprise to appear the performance evaluation distortion in its management process, and this will be deviation from the target of the maximization of enterprise value, which is unfavorable to the long-term development of enterprise. If the enterprise can take a set of scientific performance evaluation model system and software according to its strategic orientation and a scientific evaluation of own, then formulating corresponding decision-making and measures, this will be bound to give itself great benefits.This paper is aimed to solve this problem. It will find out the problem and insufficiency of original enterprise performance evaluation model system through a wide range of information consulting and in-depth corporate research. Then it will construct the enterprise performance evaluation model and system which is suitable to most enterprise of our country according to the request of modern enterprise, taking the BSC as the basic framework, taking the EVA as the important financial index, and fully unearthing enterprise value driving factors. At last, the information system which is based on this model system will be researched and designed. The information system mainly includes enterprise strategic management, enterprise performance evaluation management, staff and department information management, authority management function modules and so on. The successful implementation of the system will promote the enterprise performance evaluation much more scientific. It also could make enterprise examine and position itself much more objective, justice and correct. Finally it will help enterprise achieve the goal of the maximization of enterprise value, thus it could be ensuring the long-term development of enterprise.
