| Based on the peasant worker in the manufacturing enterprise, firstly, this article discussesthe status of peasant workers’s job satisfaction and work performance, as well as theirdifferences by personal background factors; Then, discusses the correlation and regression ofjob satisfaction and work performance. The goal of this article lies in providing the referencefor enterprise and promotingto establish a human natural and modern management system.On the basis of previous literature review, after summarizing ralative theories about thesubject for the research hypothesis and questionnaires, the author proposed the researchframework and the research hypothesis, designed questionnaires for pre-test. Then anaylisedthe validity and reliability of the pre-test questionaire data by SPSS17.0 statistical software,and the results show that the validity and reliability of the questionaire is good enough forformal research.During the formal research,we investigated lots of peasant workers of 25 enterprises inHangzhou and Shenzhen city by the way of questionnaires and interviews and obtained 194effective questionnaires. Then is the analysis of questionnaire data. First of all, it analyses theoverall situation of peasant workers’job satisfaction and work performance by descriptivestatistical analysis; Secondly, it anayses if there is any significant effection in the jobsatisfaction and work performance in the different personal background factors by onewayanalysis of variance and independent sample T test, afterwards, it explores whether thepersonal background factors have a regulating effect on the relation between the jobsatisfaction and work performance; Thirdly, it analyses the correlation of job satisfaction andwork performance by Pearson correlation analysis; Finally, it analyses the regression of jobsatisfaction and work performance by stepwise multiple regression analysis.Through the analysis of the data obtained in this paper, three conclusions are as follows:first, peasant workers’s job satisfaction and work performance are in the middle level; Second,gender and working time outside have no significant effect on job satisfaction and workperformance, age,education, working status outside, the employee type, the work type, havesignificant effect on job satisfaction and work performance in the different dimensions; Third,peasant workers’s job satisfaction of all dimensions are as follows ordered by its influence intask performance: compensation and benefit satisfaction, the job satisfaction, interpersonalrelationship satisfaction, trainning and development satisfaction, working conditionsatisfaction. Peasant workers’s job satisfaction of all dimensions are as follows ordered by its influence in contextual performance: interpersonal relationship satisfaction, the jobsatisfaction, trainning and development satisfaction, compensation and benefit satisfaction.Working condition satisfaction has no significant effect on contextual performance.Finally, according to the above research results, several pieces of advice are presented forenterprises on how to attract and retain peasant workers, so as to achieve high performanceand continuous operation. |
