Today, more and more Chinese companies have "Going Out" requirements, and also have abilities to participate in the international competition.Therefore, cultivating China’s domestic multinationals has become a very practical subject at the present stage.Do China’s enterprises, especially SMEs, have the ability to"Going Out"?Can SMEs grow into small and medium-sized multinational corporations after "Going Out"? Research on these questions has much realistic significance.This paper focuses on the growth mechanism of domestic and foreign multinational corporations.And summarizing the general growth track of China’s small and medium-sized multinational corporations.In the main part of the article, first I take an empirical analysis of the growth mechanism of multinational companies in UKã€Germanyã€France〠Italyã€Japan and China. The results show that, for China, in particular, need to focus on raising the level of R&D and market expansion.Then,I take an empirical analysis of the growth mechanism of multinational companies in twelve provinces of China.t The results show that the overall analysis of the conclusions is in line with international experience; from the individual analysis, entrepreneurship has the most significant impact on the outward foreign direct investment of Zhejiang Province, while market factors have the most significant impact on the outward foreign direct investment of Jiangsu Province and Guangdong Province.Then I summarize the general growth track of China’s small and medium-sized multinational companies by taking small and medium-sized multinational companies in Wenzhou as an exampleAt the last part, I bring forward several development strategies on how to cultivate China’s small and medium-sized multinational corporations. |
