Under our country’s present policy system background, the listed company can turn convertible bonds financing will not help to improve performance.2, according to regression model of financial indexes selected from the financial risk, operation ability, growth ability examines the angle of factors affect performance changes. Financial risk factors and performance is negatively related to the change, the financial risk of company higher, the performance is poor.This paper studies the conclusion of China’s listed firms through the convertible bonds for financing, help the company to issue convertible bonds analysis the influence factors of the performance change, an example to prove, for listed companies can turn convertible bonds financing to provide the reference.
