Small and medium-sized Banks is an overlooked financial strength, they support the localeconomic construction and the promotion of financial market competition, improve theefficiency of capital allocation and dissolve the regional financial risk, to promote thefinancial system balance, etc play an important role. Small and medium-sized bank (SMB)has a big gap in the credit mechanism, business scale and the quality, the quality of the staff,financial innovation and the product service compared with the big international bank.Therefore, they will face more severe pressure of the survival and development. In the crisisera, the small and medium-sized bank should explore their own characteristics, reasonablepositioning and operate mal-position with the big bank to foster strengths and circumventweaknesses and improve their competitive position. At the same time, the financing difficultyof the medium and small-enterprises in China has not been fundamentally solved, especiallyfor the micro-enterprises.It has been found that the small and medium-sized bank has a huge profit space to developthe credit operation of the micro-enterprises, the comparative advantages can be expressed,and the financing difficulty of the medium and small-enterprises can be solved.This study stands in the point of view of the small and medium-sized banks and analyzedthe current situation and problems of the small and medium-sized bank for the developmentof the credit operation of the micro-enterprises. After that, analyzing the influence of thecredit factor which arisen to the influence degree of the bank profits by building the gamemodel and the credit model. On the bases, we put forward the strategy, of how to achieve theirgoals in profit under the principle of micro-enterprises in the credit business for the small andmedium-sized bank. It was the risk control and reasonable pricing strategies, which isaccording to the risk and return of the balance principal. Secondly, in order to realize theprofit and attract the micro-enterprises, the bank should work out the flow path to fit for thecredit business of the micro-enterprises, and improving the customer manager systems. In theend, the mutual benefit of the small and medium-sized bank and the micro-enterprises can beobtained.
