Research On The Comparison Of Financial-industrial Combination In China, Japan And USA

In recent years, the combination of industry and finance become a hot new topic.Especially the financial holding company begins to rise. It makes the managementpattern of enterprise changed. This approach is favored by many domestic enterprises.The Research on the development and efficiency of the financial-industrialcombination in China and the characteristics and experience in Japan and USA ismeaningful for our financial-industrial combination.First we analyze the concept of the financial-industrial combination and thedevelopment process in domestic and overseas. Then we analyze the four ways offinancial-industrial combination in China, including investment of financialinstitutions, finance company, financial holding company and multi-paradigm. Andwe analyze the reasons of domestic financial-industrial combination, including theprofit-driven capital, the reduction of transaction costs and the promoting of SASAC.In the fourth chapter, we analyze the different ways between Japan and USArelatively. We select Japanese foundation and GE Company as the objects of ouranalysis. And we explore the way of Japanese foundation that the main bank andgeneral trading company are the center of the company. We also explore the way ofGE Company which has the coordination between Industry and finance, the diversityof business and the 3A credit rating. Then we summarize the characteristics of theJapanese foundation, including the main bank system, the cross shareholdings and thepersonnel sending system. And we explore the experience of GE Company. There is aclear position. It pays attention to the industry, talents, management and risk control.In the end of this article, considering the positive significance offinancial-industrial combination and development challenges, I put forward threesuggestions for the combination--risk prevention, institutional innovation and adhereto market-driven and reduce government intervention.
