And no other industries develop so rapidly like IT industry. Its blossomis the need of society and historical inevitability.The United States of America is the origin of IT industry, which does much contribution to the whole IT industry all over the world. Besides, it sets a model for thewhole world to follow. After the Reform and Open Policy, China has made a great progress in this field, and many manufactures from different countries move their factories to China. However, the Hi-tech level of China is not that top, so the main aim ofChina is to develop our IT industry to a powerful one. It means a lot for China to analyze US Model to develop our own IT industry.Why can USA make such accomplishments in its IT industry? Chapter5concludes the development experience of US IT industry, and also points out theexisting shortcomings of China’s IT industry at present.
